Support Linc Housing's mission and our visionary development "Hope Village"

Linc builds, renovates, and preserves sustainable affordable rental homes for seniors, families, and special needs populations throughout California. In recent years, Linc has focused on creating supportive housing as well as designing properties to become community resources, which serve residents and surrounding neighborhoods by providing community amenities for better health and economic mobility. Hope Village will manifest Linc's vision for both housing and community development in a trauma-informed, restorative campus of wellbeing and opportunity. In partnership with The California Endowment, Hope Village will provide the downtown Los Angeles community with affordable apartments as well as a 66,000 square foot community care component giving local agencies a beautiful hub to provide basic needs and hygiene, physical and mental healthcare, economic skills, job training, as well as cultural events and gathering space.

Atop Dream Hollywood is The Highlight Room 

The Highlight Room is an 11,000-square-foot, rooftop venue that occupies the entire top floor of Dream Hollywood. The space is positioned ten stories high with unobstructed, 360-degree views of Los Angeles, ranging from the famed Hollywood Sign and surrounding Hollywood Hills to the skyline of Downtown. By day, the modern sundeck offers the perfect getaway to relax by the pool on a plush lounger or in a luxurious, private cabana. Their Grill offers a menu of light Californian fare surrounded by lush greenery and those unforgettable views. At sundown, music set the mood with the perfect soundtrack to enjoy the incredible views Los Angeles has to offer.
